Rules for using List.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of List, including the website, account system, saved lists, public sharing, image uploads, MCP endpoint at /api/mcp, and OAuth authorization flows used by supported clients.

2. Operator

List is operated by Salim Batlouni. Contact: info@unlokd.com.

List is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or authorized client connections.
• You must provide accurate information where the service asks for it.
• If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, your use of that provider is also governed by its own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, except through public links intentionally shared with you.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass rate limits, or defeat authentication controls.
• Do not upload malware, abusive content, or material you do not have the right to use or share.
• Do not misuse OAuth, tokens, or MCP access in a way that could harm the service or other users.

5. Your content

• You retain ownership of the lists, text, images, and other content you submit.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, and display your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• You represent that you have the rights needed to upload, store, and share the content you submit.
• You should not store highly sensitive information in List, including passwords, financial account details, government IDs, or medical information.

6. Public sharing

If you choose to make a list public, anyone with the link may be able to view it. You are responsible for confirming that the content is appropriate to share publicly before enabling that setting.

7. Uploads and third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, logging, and file delivery. Their systems are part of how the service operates, and availability or performance may depend in part on them.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice. Features may be added, removed, or changed, including account, sharing, upload, or MCP authorization features.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless List and its operator from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the service after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
